2-1-1 is a bridge between people who need services and the agencies that can help. Our service is free, confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We connect over 70,000 callers a year to services through our database and our online database is also searched over 160,000 times a year. The main search method is by service type so it is important to provide detail on each service.
